In the wake of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, NorthMist has decided to close its office til 17th May, however, we remain functional. The situation has given rise to a lot of doubts and here is an effort to provide answer to all those. We advise you to keep an eye on this page to stay updated.

Why is COD unavailable?

To ensure all round safety, we are exercising Zero Contact Delivery. In order to ensure this, we have paused COD on all our orders until further notice.

Can an order be placed?

Yes, you absolutely can place an order. Our website is functional 24x7. Once you place the order, we will call you and confirm your order. Your order will be blocked.

When will the order be delivered?

Due to the total lockdown, all courier services have been cancelled. Orders will be dispatched after 14th of April. If there is any way we can deliver your product earlier than that, we will surely do so.

What about the packages that have been shipped already?

You can still track your existing order and get a real-time update. If the courier partner is unable to deliver it to you, it will be updated to you as well. If you have any query regarding your package, send an email to care@northmist.com .

Is your office running?

To ensure the safety of our employees, we have closed our office and warehouse. Productions have been put to a halt as well. Our employees have been advised to stay in the safety of their home and continue their work.
