Refund and Returns
The Quality Control team at Northmist makes sure each and every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped out. In the rare case that you do receive a defected/damaged product, kindly email a photo of your product within 10days of receiving the order. Email should be sent to email@example.com, with the title as "Return/Refund Request". Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 10 days.
If the product you ordered does not fit you, you can send it back to us for a free size exchange. Kindly send us your exchange requests on firstname.lastname@example.org with the title as “Exchange Request”. We will arrange for a pickup of the product from your place. As soon as we receive it, we shall exchange it for the size you want and resend it back to you. Our mailing address is:

Please note, the product that you want to be exchanged will have to be in the same condition that we sent it to you, without any wash or usage, and it has to be returned in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery.
Return and Exchange:
- We have an easy Return process. Just email us to email@example.com or call us on 9731817456 and we will arrange a free pickup ASAP.
- You will not have to incur any return charges
Cancellation and Refund:
- We do our level best to make sure you are satisfied with our product and services. But, if for some unforeseen reason you do not like the product we sent you, kindly speak to our team and send us an email citing the reason for a refund can be issued after we receive the product. It takes about 7-10 working days for a refund for prepaid orders.
- Order Cancellations will have to be made by 3 pm. A call and email confirmation shall be required for the same.
