The Quality Control Team at Northmist ensures every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped out.
If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, please follow the below steps to initiate a refund. It takes about 7-10 working days for a refund in case of prepaid orders.
1. Click a Picture
Click a picture of the damaged/defective product where the damaged area is clearly visible.
For better results keep the product under good light while clicking the picture.
If the product you ordered does not fit you, we shall exchange it for the size you want and resend it to you. Follow the steps below to get an exchange for your product. Once we get the wrong size back, we shall send the requested size to you.
1. Send an Email
Email us the details of sizes with the subject line ‘Exchange Request’ to email@example.com and also mention why you would want to exchange the product.
Also do mention what do you want to exchange it for.
2. Email the Image
Email the image within 10 days to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the title as "Return/Refund Request".
3. Refund Process Initiation
Once the delivery man picks up the shipment from you, we will start processing the refund after verifying the damage / defected product.
2. Keep it Ready
After we get your email, we will send a 'shipment label'. Print it and stick it on the back of the box. Keep it ready for a pick-up.
3. Exchange Process Initiation
Once the delivery man picks up the shipment from you, we will start processing a new order with the new requirement. Soon the exchange process will be initiated and the new order delivered promptly.

Please note :- The product that you want to be exchanged will have to be in the same condition that we sent it to you, without any wash or usage, and it has to be returned in their original packaging within 10 days date of delivery.
A call and email confirmation shall be required for the same.
