Shipping Policy

Northmist offers free shipping pan-India.

We process orders within 1–7 business days, and delivery is expected within about 30 days of ordering. Some regions of India may take a little longer due to courier service conditions.

If a t-shirt size or color you chose is not available immediately, you will be informed by phone or email within 24 hours once the product is delivered to the  Shipping address / contact / person.

Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

There can be additional delays during festive seasons, public holidays, bad weather or natural calamities. We will notify you if your order is delayed.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are accepted through our website. Bank transfer is also available; please email northmistcare@gmail.com for details.

Our team will help you track your order and resolve shipping issues. After dispatch, delivery timing may be affected if an order is refused or received by someone else.

To change your shipping address or contact number, please call and email us by 3 pm. Requests after that will be processed the next day.

Northmist partners with logistics providers in India such as FedEx, Aramex and Delhivery. Shipping is free for all orders.
